Establishment of a council-wide group to begin aiding in the development and dissemination of specific sustainability issues within the Southcoast region. - Regional Interactive Mapping Project – Steve Smith
A web -based tool to enable local officials and citizens to view natural, man-made and legal attributes at specific locations in each city and town in Southeastern Massachusetts. - 99 Steps for Municipalities – Glenn Bachman
A resource workbook that spells out the details of how southeastern Massachusetts agencies can realize benefits from becoming more ecologically responsible. - The Southeastern Mass Transportation Alliance (SMTA) – Louise Hardiman/Alan Slavin
An alliance working towards improved coordination of existing transportation resources in the region, in order to use them more efficiently and increase mobility to all. - Economic Development Working Group Project – Dick Shafer
- Trade Your Foodmiles for Foodsteps: Grow Local for 2010 and Beyond– Derek Christianson
School and community gardens, commercial farms, and backyards are all valuable sources of deep nutrition, healthy food, connection, and knowledge for our community.
